Judy brings 25 years experience as a designer, facilitator and coach in leadership and cultural transformation. Judy has a reputation for achieving tangible results for clients through facilitating transformation in individuals and organisations. Judy’s passion is facilitating personal, leadership and organisational transformation through workshops, retreats and one on one coaching. Having studied with international leading edge trainers and designers in the field of Accelerated Learning and Brain Neuroplasticity, Judy inspires people to tap into their potential and express it in a way that profoundly changes the individual and their contribution to their team and the organisation.
Whilst recognising that there are similarities in leadership and personal transformational challenges worldwide, Judy is acutely aware of cultural differences, having worked in many countries, including Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia, China, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Her ability to work with these differences ensures participant engagement and client satisfaction resulting in positive bottom line results.

Founding member of McKinsey & Company’s Mindsets and Capabilities team conducting cultural transformation and leadership development programs in banking, oil and gas, mining and telecommunications industries.
- Founding member of Corporate Vision’s team of trainers and coaches delivering tailored training solutions for clients, including ‘Train the Trainer’ programs. Judy was part of a global initiative running Team Leader/Coach and Customer Focused Team workshops in Beijing, Taipei, Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong as well as in Australia and New Zealand. Goal of these programs was for the client to be “the best customer-focused organisation with unparalleled ability to provide end-to-end solutions to targeted markets around the world.”
