Donna is our Consultant in the United Kingdom, she has over 20 years international experience as a program designer, facilitator, trainer and coach in the area of behavioural change, individual and team transformation, and organisational culture change.
Her passion is to inspire individual, team and organisational change through facilitating people to go beyond the limitations of what they thought was possible, both within themselves and within their team and organisation. This has led Donna to work in over 20 countries throughout Asia-Pacific, UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa, as well as in many industry sectors. The variety and scope of her work has made her aware of, and sensitive to, the unique challenges that exist within different organisations and countries.
Donna is often invited onto training projects due to her flexibility and adaptability as a trainer; from half-day intensives with teams and graduates through to four day in-depth Leadership programs with CEOs and senior managers. Her style of training is engaging, yet straight to the point. She focuses on how to put what she teaches into action and makes much use of story-telling, humour and experiential activities in her work.

Leadership Development: Design, facilitation and project management of international project for global banking institution for over 3 years, while running a team of trainers and coordinators to achieve an outstanding Leader to Leader 4 day Leadership communication program in over 12 countries.
Team Alignment and Accountability training: Donna has recently worked with major companies such as Harley Davidson, Macquarie Bank and BMW in the areas of accountability and communication across teams, departments and divisions to increase productivity and cohesion. These projects where designed, piloted and rolled-out across national and international teams with incredible results.
Executive Coaching: Facilitation for senior leaders, top teams and management to enable permanent behavioural change through mindset mastery, emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
Culture and Change Management: Research, design and delivery of large culture change strategies and interventions to enable permanent culture change and large-scale mergers. This includes implementation and planning to align culture and change strategies. Led a team on a large culture change project for Westpac Banking Executives; responsible for research, design, implementation, coaching and reporting.
